Name\u00a0<br\/>2. Employment Information\u00a0<br\/>3. Photo\u00a0<br\/>4. Multiple associated URLs\u00a0<br\/>5. We supplement\u00a0this with company information (industry, size, etc).\u00a0<br\/><br\/>Hence, this data comes from a variety of sources.\u00a0These include third-party data providers\u00a0along with\u00a0data collected or refreshed via the Talentis Chrome Extension.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br\/><\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1611653048645\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><br\/><strong>Does Talentis share proprietary information from my search firm with other recruiters?\u00a0<\/strong><br\/><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Absolutely not.\u00a0<br\/><br\/>The only information shared by Talentis is publicly available information about people and companies.\u00a0<br\/><br\/>The Talentis\u00a0TalentGraph stores this information. So we\u00a0maintain and refresh it\u00a0on behalf of all of\u00a0our users.\u00a0 Any information added to Talentis by a user is available only to recruiters at that user\u2019s firm.<br\/><\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1611653062813\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><br\/><strong>What about contact information (email addresses and phone numbers)?\u00a0<\/strong><br\/><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Talentis does not store\u00a0or\u00a0share\u00a0this\u00a0information.\u00a0However, we\u00a0do\u00a0have a partnership with a\u00a0third-party\u00a0supplier\u00a0who can provide this data for 800+ million people.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br\/><br\/>Our\u00a0users acquire this directly\u00a0from the vendor\u00a0and\u00a0we do\u00a0not record it in the\u00a0Talentis\u00a0TalentGraph.\u00a0We do not have access to this information.\u00a0<br\/><\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1611653086349\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><br\/><strong>On what legal basis does Talentis collect information?\u00a0<\/strong><br\/><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Talentis is based in Europe and, as a result, operates under the terms of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).\u00a0\u00a0<br\/><br\/>We collect data\u00a0on the basis of\u00a0\u201cLegitimate Interest\u201d. Talentis is a web based executive search software. To get the most out of Invenias, users need to be using Microsoft Outlook in \u201cClassic Mode\u201d on a Windows computer. Talentis has an Outlook Add-in, but it supports both \u201cClassic\u201d and the \u201cNew\u201d versions of Outlook, and offers identical support for Outlook on both the Mac and Windows platforms.<br\/><br\/>Like most systems, Invenias is sold as an empty database (obviously, migrations are possible).
