DSG provided an investor update this month revealing that \u2013 since launch in early 2021, our Talentis customer revenue had doubled every three months.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We suspect that this makes Talentis the fastest-growing product in our sector \u2013 so thank you for playing your part!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Since we last spoke!<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lots of additions to the platform since the last newsletter! Much of it behind the scenes, but the more obvious changes include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Search screen changes:<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lots of under the bonnet work, but you will see we have added the ability to exclude keywords. You can now exclude by person or company description and by current&nbsp;or previous roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have also added the ability to \u201cfind alternative URLs\u201d for a candidate. Great for when a candidate has changed her LinkedIn profile name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Assignment screen redesign:<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Major changes to the Assignment screen have been completed. You will find it easier to use, with photos appearing more consistently \u2013 and the product is even faster!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alongside this, we have added \u201cAssignment tags\u201d to allow you to track your core competencies on a project-by-project basis. We have had feedback that users are running a lot of projects on Talentis! We&#8217;ve added pagination to our look-up screens and have grouped projects by status to make it easier to find what you are looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Changes to our data pool:<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is huge. We have dramatically increased the speed and scale at which we refresh our talent pool. As part of this, any time that any of our users, anywhere does a search, Talentis initiates a data refresh in the data pool. This covers every visible candidate result. Campaigns are like assignments \u2013 but for other types of lists \u2013 including business development or for managing talent pipelines. You will note that \u2013 as with assignments \u2013 you can see your relationship with the person from within his or her record, and even from the search screen itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Task Management<\/strong><\/mark>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is likely to arrive in mid-July. Talentis already supports task management at a project level \u2013 but we are adding a new Task Management dashboard to your homepage. You will be able to see everything you \u2013 and your team \u2013 are working on, and be able to filter by myriad criteria, manage the list through popups and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"390\" src=\"https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT-news-pic2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5561\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT-news-pic2.png 400w, https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/TT-news-pic2-300x293.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>UX improvements:<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are constantly working on fine tuning the user interface and the user experience. Current projects include changes to the assignment and search screens to make better use of available space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Company information:<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The big one! We continue to work hard on tracking company information. This will materialize over the summer \u2013 more news to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>And data&#8230;<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A huge restructuring of our data pool to allow for the addition of new search filters. This is a big project (a huge project!), but we expect to see the results in September \/ October. We will share more over the summer\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>And back where we started:<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We started with thanks \u2013 we finish with thanks.
