Every single profile contains public data from multiple sources \u2013 typically a public profile from LinkedIn or Bloomberg, perhaps supplemented by company information from PDL or FT.com, geo-location data from Bing, additional URLs from Twitter or Facebook. Some of this information may not be visible within the profile itself, but it underpins our search algorithm \u2013 and we also add information from Rocket Reach on demand.<br><br>Keep in mind that every profile in Talentis is based on public information \u2013 there\u2019s nothing you won\u2019t find in Google. As a result, our users can access any profile regardless of subscriptions and networks elsewhere. There is no concept of \u201cout of network\u201d. <br><br>We\u2019ve also added more search filters. Talentis already boasts filters that don\u2019t appear anywhere else (company keywords, for example); we\u2019ve now added new filters including \u201cYears of Experience\u201d, \u201cYears in Current Job\u201d and a unique option to boost diversity recruiting via our \u201cBoost female candidates\u201d option. <br><br>You\u2019ll see we\u2019ve also added the ability to make a search \u201cDefault\u201d \u2013 this is available via the Save feature.<br><br>This has been a huge project. At its peak, we\u2019ve been adding or refreshing approximately <em>1 million profiles per hour<\/em>. We know that while this was going on \u2013 particularly in late November and early December \u2013 we had some issues with inconsistent search results but hopefully you\u2019ll agree that was a price worth paying. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this period.<br><br>To help you evaluate candidates who appear in search results, we\u2019ve added more information to our result card. You\u2019ll now see up to five current or previous positions, details of multiple industries that the candidate has worked, years of experience data and \u2013 where appropriate \u2013 information about your relationship with the individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"810\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/TT-jan23-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5774\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/TT-jan23-3.png 810w, https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/TT-jan23-3-300x142.png 300w, https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/TT-jan23-3-768x364.png 768w, https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/TT-jan23-3-640x303.png 640w, https:\/\/www.talentis.global\/recruitment-software\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/TT-jan23-3-480x228.png 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Reporting:<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve had terrific feedback on our new Word reporting functions \u2013 thank you! To the best of our knowledge, we are the only vendor in our space offering an Add-In for Microsoft Word, and it\u2019s good to know you like it. We now have multiple report formats available, split between \u201cAssignment Type Reports\u201d (Longlist, Shortlist and Market Maps) and \u201cCandidate Profile Reports\u201d (for producing Resume type documents).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Other enhancements:<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve made a number of other enhancements, some of which are visible (for example, the addition of a new \u201cSource\u201d status to the candidate page or the new \u201cContact Support\u201d feature) and others of which are not. However, the latter group includes the underpinning for what comes next including\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Coming soon: <\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new month or so will see a host of additional improvements. These will include enhancements to the reporting tool (including the ability for us to offer custom report formats to our clients \u2013 allowing you to produce branded reports, for example) and the ability to import data into the platform (for example, bringing in contact information to share phone numbers and email addresses around your team). More on these features as they appear.
