Simply select a language and an approximate word count, and we\u2019ll use AI to rewrite the candidate\u2019s biography. Use this in conjunction with our existing \u201csync to Talentis\u201d feature to save the changes back into your core platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Off Limits<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We now support off limits at the person and the company level. You can now assign ownership to a company, and we are surfacing most recent contact data on the known people pages. Yes! You\u2019ll very soon be able to run a search and view the person&#8217;s record in full from a pop up inside the search results page. You\u2019ll then be able to click \u201cback and forward\u201d buttons to move through the results list. No more clicking into LinkedIn to find out more about a candidate! This was technically pretty challenging for us to do \u2013 we won\u2019t bore you with the details \u2013 but it\u2019s been worth the wait!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We\u2019re adding \u201cKnown to\u201d to the person&#8217;s record \u2013 and you\u2019ll see something very interesting on our search screens shortly after that!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our \u201cCampaign\u201d record is being redesigned to reflect the new style of record and, again, we\u2019ll be adding ownership to Campaign records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\">In development now&#8230;<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lots. But the headline is \u201cresume parsing\u201d. In the next month or so, we expect to deliver the ability to parse a resume (or online profile) into a detailed Talentis record. We are also doing a very interesting proof of concept to take this concept one step further \u2013 what if a user could parse unstructured data (such as an executive bio on a corporate website\u2026?). We\u2019ll let you know how this plays out \u2013 but if there are any sites that you regularly use for candidate research, let us know!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you to everyone who joined us at the World Executive Search Congress.
