Over the last 6 weeks, we\u2019ve made huge progress and have delivered\u2026 a lot. Here are some highlights \u2013 all of this is available now:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Our most advanced AI search yet&#8230;<\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve added a new AI Search button to the assignment screen. This will build a template search screen based on what we know about the client company and derivatives of the assignment job title. All you need to do is tinker with the search template and click \u201crun search\u201d \u2013 a highly targeted results list in seconds. Game changer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This feature is only available when the client company is linked to the \u201cTalentGraph\u201d. This essentially means adding a LinkedIn URL for your client company so that Talentis understands the market you are recruiting in. Speaking of which\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Add new Company \/ Company look up features<\/strong>&#8230;<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Companies have been in Talentis for months. Any candidates who register with GatedTalent now have the option to \u201copt-in\u201d to sharing resumes and contact data with all Talentis users. This provides our clients with access to executives who are actively looking for new roles \u2013 currently, the resume pool (which is global in nature) is growing by around 2,000 per month. This now supports rewriting in virtually any language on the planet (Editors note: It also supports Klingon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>More Person record enhancements&#8230; <\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll notice more fields, an improved layout, and the option to click to dial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#207a87\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>A host of minor improvements to the resume parsing, the Add-In for Outlook and more&#8230; <\/strong><\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coming soon is the delivery of a major architectural change to the platform. Without getting too techy, we\u2019ve re-written a huge swathe of our platform to allow us to deliver new features more quickly going forward. This has been a major project and the switch to the new platform is likely to take several hours during when the platform will not be available.
