Talentis, of course, supports this model, but now also has assignment-specific candidate attributes. \u00a0These are set up via the admin area and are fully customisable \u2013 typical use cases may include \u201cCultural Fit\u201d, \u201cCandidate Source\u201d or \u201cReason for Rejection\u201d. Each person can then have individual attributes associated with each assignment that they appear as a candidate on (the existing Tag feature \u2013 which is assignment-specific \u2013 is unchanged).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Campaign contact attributes:<\/strong> As above, but for contacts on a campaign!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>KPIs and Analytics:<\/strong> An entirely new Analytics tab can now be found on the Assignment record.\u00a0 These features a number of default charts (Candidates by Stage, Status, Tags, added by user), but is also highly flexible \u2013 users can select individual attributes to report on. The platform is now able to produce far more sophisticated reports, and we\u2019ve added a host of new standard reports \u2013 with more to follow. Custom reports are available if required \u2013 <a href=\"mailto:clientsuccess@ikirupeople.com?subject=Talentis\">speak to your Client Success Manager<\/a>. Check this feature by going to the Candidate tab, selecting the candidates you wish to report on and then selecting \u00a0\u201cGenerate Report\u201d from the Actions dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A host of \u201cquality of life\u201d improvements<\/strong> &#8211; from a new, flatter candidate list view (with inline editing) through to automatic assignment ID generation, through a new \u201cquick lookup screen\u201d and enhancements to document storage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The team is working on a plethora of new functionality; this will include minor improvements that will continue to arrive over the summer, along with a major, major, major, major, major \u2013 really major \u2013 feature that is due to land in September.
