Welcome to the July issue of the Talentis newsletter!
Lots of enhancements have arrived since we last wrote:
Candidate level attributes: Traditionally, systems have stored attributes at the person level – for example, a person may have an industry of “Banking”. Talentis, of course, supports this model, but now also has assignment-specific candidate attributes. These are set up via the admin area and are fully customisable – typical use cases may include “Cultural Fit”, “Candidate Source” or “Reason for Rejection”. Each person can then have individual attributes associated with each assignment that they appear as a candidate on (the existing Tag feature – which is assignment-specific – is unchanged).
Campaign contact attributes: As above, but for contacts on a campaign!
KPIs and Analytics: An entirely new Analytics tab can now be found on the Assignment record. These features a number of default charts (Candidates by Stage, Status, Tags, added by user), but is also highly flexible – users can select individual attributes to report on. For example: show a pie chart showing diversity of candidates or reason for rejection on this particular assignment.
New reporting functionality: We’ve completely rebuilt our reporting tool. The platform is now able to produce far more sophisticated reports, and we’ve added a host of new standard reports – with more to follow. Custom reports are available if required – speak to your Client Success Manager. Check this feature by going to the Candidate tab, selecting the candidates you wish to report on and then selecting “Generate Report” from the Actions dropdown.
A host of “quality of life” improvements – from a new, flatter candidate list view (with inline editing) through to automatic assignment ID generation, through a new “quick lookup screen” and enhancements to document storage.
The team is working on a plethora of new functionality; this will include minor improvements that will continue to arrive over the summer, along with a major, major, major, major, major – really major – feature that is due to land in September. More on that to come!
