In terms of what’s been delivered: there have been a variety of enhancements to contact search – both speed improvements and new filters; we’ve added HTML support to more fields for Reporting, enhanced our “Milestone” functionality and improved Document Management.
We’ve made a number of UI changes as well – probably the most notable of which is the completely new Admin area (hidden behind the cog).
Now for the interesting stuff… If you click on the “Manage Account” icon in the bottom left hand corner, you’ll see that you are now able to link Talentis to your Microsoft 365 or Google accounts.
In and of itself, this is of little value, but throughout September you’ll see functionality land that will take advantage of this.
First up, will be the ability to create appointments from inside Talentis. These will flow directly into your primary calendar, and any changes made there will sync back to Talentis.
Later in September, you’ll be able to see your diary within Talentis, and click from specific appointments into the appropriate record.
By the back end of the month, we expect to deliver our new mailing templates. These will allow you to send one or more messages from Talentis using custom templates. These templates will come in two flavors – traditional “mail merge” style and new AI-based functionality.
These will be major leaps forward in the user experience and we are sure you’ll enjoy them. As always, you’ll also see smaller features drop – including further enhancements to our search screens.
