What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Define and communicate the solution vision and strategy to stakeholders and implement the strategic plans to drive growth of the solution.
  • Lead product and solution development from ideation to launch, in alignment with company targets.
  • Mentor and lead an experienced team of product managers and product owners, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, services, sales and marketing.
  • Overseeing the financial performance of the solution, including budgeting and profitability.
  • Manage the solution roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on customer needs and business impact.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of telecom industry experience in product management role(s).
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate the solution vision to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities to inspire and guide cross-functional, multi-cultural and multi-site teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges.
  • Strong understanding in telecom networks and standards.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with agile software development processes.

Other Requirements

  • Traveling is required in this role.
  • For the final candidate, a background check is required.
  • Preferred location is Stockholm, Sweden, relocation can be discussed.
