About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Broadband Professional Services and Program Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the company’s broadband service offerings. This includes driving service-based sales strategy, ensuring technical support excellence, and aligning services with business objectives and customer expectations in global markets. The role also involves achieving financial targets, conducting market intelligence, and cultivating strategic relationships with customers and partners.
Applicants for the VP role should have a minimum of 15 years’ leadership experience in field service or technical support within the broadcast, cable TV, or telco industries. A strong background in managing geographically distributed teams, excellent customer relationship management, and executive communication skills are essential. The role requires a candidate with a BS in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, and a proven track record in service operations and budget management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel frequently and experience in international environments with global service delivery.
