A confidential Construction entity is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead all aspects of financial operations within a complex, multi-entity environment.

This is a high-trust leadership role requiring technical excellence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and produce consolidated financial statements
• Lead monthly and quarterly close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Develop internal controls, financial systems, and compliance protocols
• Track project-level costs, capital expenditures, and investment performance
• Liaise with external advisors on audits, tax, and financial strategy
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership, offering clarity and control
• Build scalable systems to support operational growth and complexity

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 7–10 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, with multi-entity exposure
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, reporting structures, and cash flow management
• Advanced Excel and strong familiarity with financial software and ERP tools
• Highly discreet, organized, and self-directed
• Able to interpret data, advise leadership, and ensure financial accuracy at all levels
