Manage project team members through the lifecycle of a project. Review and provide coaching and feedback on requirements, logical design and testing approaches

Create and facilitate solution architecture designs and provide the overall management of the process.

Develop, manage, and be able to communicate long term roadmaps which describe delivering large-scale solutions via a series of projects.
What you will do:

Serve as executive sponsor or delivery leader on key client engagements, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact across teams.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, balancing scope, resources, and outcomes across multiple accounts.

Partner with clients to co-create roadmaps, align stakeholders, and drive measurable business value from technology investments.

Collaborate with account teams to grow existing clients, lead new pursuits, and shape compelling proposals and SOWs.

Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy in your area of expertise.

Act as a mentor and leader to team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of growth and delivery excellence.

Champion internal initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Successful candidates will have:

10+ years of consulting experience with a track record of delivering data, analytics, application, or cloud-based solutions—at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven success in managing client relationships, including executive-level stakeholders, across complex engagements.
-
Strong understanding of modern data and application architectures (e.g., cloud-native, AI/ML, data platforms, DevOps).
-
Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, shape new opportunities, and close professional services engagements.
-
Excellent communication and facilitation skills—able to translate between business needs and technical solutions.

Experience building and managing high-performing consulting teams, including recruitment, development, and engagement management.

A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering real business outcomes through technology.
