Leading the Design Assurance and Design Transfer functions for our hospital range of products, the Product Group Head of Quality role exists to plan, lead and manage the quality strategy to enable the achievement of business objectives and to provide a competitive advantage across a global business.
This will be achieved by enabling the proactive management of Quality Strategies for product development portfolios meet regulatory requirements, company quality objectives and market acceptance requirements. You will be working closely with senior management globally, overseeing the development and prioritisation of product design control plans, product change control plans and product quality improvement plans for hospital products.
You will also lead and develop a high performing management team spanning the full product portfolio (Class I to III Medical Devices), engaging with global regulators. We’re looking for innovative change makers that challenge the status quo, and establish new industry norms. If you’re a thought leader in this space, then this is the platform for you.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with:
- Expert knowledge of, and 10+ years experience in, medical device quality management systems, global regulatory requirements, product development and product maintenance requirements and processes.
- Extensive people management experience.
- Significant experience in understanding and complying with global medical device regulations.
- Experience planning and leading complex operations with geographic and product diversity.
- Experience in dealing directly with global regulatory authorities.
- Multinational experience
- A university degree (Bachelor level at minimum) in engineering, science, business, or similar.
