We are seeking a strategic, growth-minded SEO Specialist with leadership experience to lead our marketing team. This person will play a key role in driving organic growth, brand visibility, and ultimately sales of both our digital agency services and software sales across public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including content creators, social media managers, and designers.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and digital marketing strategy aligned with brand growth and revenue goals.

• Lead growth initiatives across Google, Facebook, and other platforms using SEO, SEM, and data analytics.

• Drive team performance, provide mentorship, and establish best practices across all marketing activities.

• Represent the marketing department in leadership meetings, contributing to strategic business decisions.

SEO & Content Optimization:

• Conduct full-scale SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page strategies to improve search engine rankings.

• Monitor keyword trends, competitor strategies, and algorithm updates to stay ahead.

• Oversee content strategy ensuring SEO best practices are implemented across blogs, landing pages, and product pages.

• Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies and partnerships.

• Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs.

Sales & Software Marketing:

• Promote Otawise Digital, our full-service digital marketing agency, to attract new clients.

• Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, generating leads, and closing sales for both digital marketing and software products.

• Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure that all marketing content and campaigns accurately communicate product benefits, features, and updates.

• Drive lead generation strategies and conversion optimization initiatives to grow our client base and software adoption.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the reach of our digital and software solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Lead, or similar role.

• At least 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results.

• Leadership experience managing a team or projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of SEO tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, etc.

• Experience with software marketing is highly preferred.

• Data-driven mindset with a clear focus on KPIs, ROI, and business outcomes.

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.

• Passion for digital innovation, growth, and brand development.
