Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our Fintech company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. As a key member of the executive team, you’ll oversee financial management, risk management, and regulatory compliance across our group structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

3. Manage financial reporting, including group consolidated accounts.

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Risk Management:

1. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

2. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks.

3. Ensure regulatory compliance.

Group Structure Oversight:

1. Manage financial relationships between group companies.

2. Oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.

3. Ensure group-wide financial policies and procedures.

Leadership:

1. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

2. Collaborate with executive team members.

3. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Essential:

1. 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in Fintech or banking.

2. Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA).

3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.

4. Experience with financial planning and analysis.

5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Desirable:

1. Experience with group structures and consolidation.

2. Familiarity with fintech-specific regulations.

3. Knowledge of emerging technologies (blockchain, AI).

Education:
