Description

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, conducting market research and analysis, managing sales and account management, and driving overall business growth. The role requires working closely with other departments to identify business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and ensure the company’s growth objectives are met.

* Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth onboarding and scaling of strategic partnerships.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align business development with company priorities

• Report on KPIs, pipeline health, and growth metrics to the executive team.

* Requirements *:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• 6+ years of progressive experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of closing strategic deals and driving business growth

• Strong network within relevant industries and markets

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically

• Experience managing teams and mentoring talent.
