  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiencies.
  • Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance, drive revenue growth, and support customer-centric transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations.
  • Lead business development activities by identifying new opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
  • Actively contribute to thought leadership, staying current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the energy retail sector.
  • Drive team development and growth by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

  • Please Note: We are open to hiring in most major cities across the US that are near to an Accenture Corporate office.

    Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the utilities sector, with a deep focus on energy retail and customer service.
  • Minimum of 7 years of functional experience with either an SAP or Oracle platform.
  • Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies.
  • Expertise in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements)
  • Strong background in consulting, with proven experience managing client relationships, leading complex projects, and delivering strategic solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of digital transformation and customer experience strategies, with a track record of implementing successful change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients at all levels.
  • Experience with technologies relevant to customer service and digital transformation (e.g., CRM, AI, data analytics) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of a practice.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree

  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

    As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
