The value of the tech sector is growing exponentially. A decade ago only one out of the top ten companies in the world by market capitalisation was a tech company. Today, seven out of the top ten are tech companies.
Many smart non-technical professionals want to benefit from the tech sector boom but making the transition can be hard.
Sophia Matveeva made the transition into tech successfully herself. She now runs the Tech for Non-Techies community, where she teaches online courses and speaks to executives who have transitioned into and flourished in technology.
She will cover:
- Three pathways to transition into tech
- What you need to know about the tech sector to make a successful transition
- Tried and tested methods to make yourself stand out
