Roger’s approach is refined through a trio of angles; firstly, extensive and in-depth recruitment and coaching experience across multiple sectors; secondly, practical operational management skills as an ex-Operations Manager gained from a significant City Financial Services Headhunting firm; and thirdly, a degree in all the human behavioral sciences.

He has been coaching Executives for over 12 years with an approach centred around deep listening and questioning skills, understanding the different needs of each individual, building confidence, being empathetic and highly practical. He uses the most comprehensive and latest range of tools available to build self-knowledge and communication, which ensures participants fulfil their potential with the best possible fit for both company and role.

Roger has coached well over 8,000 individuals in bespoke one-to-one situations and delivered many workshops across all sectors and all levels over the last decade.
