About the Role:
As Director of Product, you’ll be at the heart of our product evolution. This is a strategic yet hands-on role that bridges technical depth with user value.
You’ll need to understand complex systems, navigate stakeholder needs, and ensure our platform continues to lead in performance, compliance, and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for our core products.
- Translate customer problems and technical challenges into clear, scalable product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to deliver high-quality features on a scale.
- Develop detailed product use cases, own feature prioritization, and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategic directions.
- Guide technical discovery and support integration planning with partners and platforms.
- Drive and support go-to-market efforts including training, enablement, and launch success.
- Establish performance KPIs, track outcomes, and optimize based on impact and feedback.
- Enhance internal rollout processes and create relevant documentation, onboarding process, and support readiness.
- Conduct MRC and other compliance work by working on audits, collaborating with different teams, and third-party certification providers—making sure we meet standards and find ways to improve the product and processes
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years of product management experience in AdTech, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments.
- Strong technical backgrounds: you understand architecture, data flows, and can collaborate with engineers.
- Experience owning full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and post-release optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when translating between technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data (SQL, dashboards, KPIs) to guide product decisions.
- Proven leadership in fast-moving, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive can-do attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in fast-paced, growing companies.
- Familiarity with MRC audits, QA/testing, customer onboarding, or internal training.
