ADA has built a successful creative agency business as part of its offering in the Philippines, that provides a unique service of data based digital creative executed via AI and tech. This includes campaign creation and asset production like banners, online videos adaptation, social media marketing (FB, IG, Line, TikTok) and content for ecommerce.
As we continue to scale into 2024, we are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead the growing creative business in Manila. The focus will be on growing existing clients, inspire the talented and enthusiastic award winning creative team. In 2023, ADA Philippines won 15 awards in multiple digital marketing categories. We are focused on growing our creative business while ensuring creative process efficiency and high-quality deliverables. This is an exciting opportunity to join Asia’s fastest growing independent digital agency and hold a pivotal role in driving business success.
Job Overview
As an Account Director, you will work closely with the Executive Creative Director to develop and execute innovative and impactful digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for holding the relationship with our key clients, guiding and mentoring junior members of the client servicing team and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget. You will ensure growth via upsell with existing clients and assist in pitch orchestration as needed.
Experience Needed
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team leader with the following profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, advertising, marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry
- Proven track record of developing and nurturing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (optional)
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing trends and technologies
