Assistant Clinical Director

Location: Durham, NC
Type: Full-time, In-Person
Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience

Radical Healing is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director to help lead our clinical operations and support our team of Mental Health Counselors and community programs. This position merges clinical care with administrative oversight in a mission-aligned, equity-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry a clinical caseload of ~12 sessions per week and supervise clinicians
• Lead facilities operations and oversee group programming logistics
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for counseling staff
• Serve on the leadership team and co-develop safety protocols, trainings, and initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible within 3 months) in NC as LCMHC, LCSW, PhD/PsyD
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical and leadership/supervisory experience
• Knowledge of equitable mental health practices in diverse communities
• Strong skills in supervision, documentation, organization, and communication
