About The Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President and Dean of Admissions to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned admission professional with a strong background in enrollment and leadership, dedicated to the mission of enhancing the lives of students through education. This role is pivotal in advancing the company’s strategic goals, and the AVP will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that are both data-driven and relationship-centered. A key focus will be on leveraging advanced technologies and analytics to enhance the admissions process while fostering a team culture centered on engagement, outreach, and connection. Applicants for the AVP position should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in undergraduate, graduate, and/or international admissions. The role requires proven leadership in admissions, a deep understanding of enrollment management including student financial aid and enrollment marketing, and proficiency in technology and data analysis. The AVP will work closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management, Deans, and program chairs to design and execute creative, effective, and data-driven approaches to meet the company’s enrollment goals. A strong emphasis is placed on aligning recruitment events and initiatives with the company’s branding and marketing strategies to drive lead generation, application growth, and conversions. The ideal candidate will also be adept at using data to assess program effectiveness, inform strategic planning, and ensure a culture of inclusivity, professionalism, and excellence within the admissions team.
