Associate Director – Marketing

Job Overview

Associate Director of Marketing at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive attendance, enhance brand visibility, and promote our unique offerings within the theme park and water park sectors. This role demands a dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses deep industry knowledge to harness market trends and consumer insights into actionable marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including increasing park attendance and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to better understand customer preferences and behavior.
  • Manage branding initiatives that ensure consistent messaging across all channels and enhances the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and events, to align marketing efforts with business strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including content creation, social media campaigns, search engine optimization, and email marketing to increase online engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve performance continuously.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing plans effectively.
  • Support the creation and execution of promotional events and initiatives that drive guest engagement and awareness.
  • Establish relationships with community partners and sponsors to enhance visibility and drive partnership opportunities.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industries.
  • Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns and driving business results.

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
