What you will be responsible for?
As Business Controller in the Finance Department, you will be a key support to stakeholders, assisting them drive performance, value creation, and profitability. The role is involved in close collaboration with global finance controller and whole operation organization, requires being a critical team member in performing deep-dive analyses to understand complex business issues. You will leverage your professional skills and controlling mindset when preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and other deliverables, and will drive the development of our finance processes, financial applications/ERP system, and data.
- Preparing, checking correctness business/finance reports. Overseeing the business & financial operations of an organization, support the business in various financial needs,
- Budgeting and forecasting – preparing, monitoring budgets, and financial forecasts
- Preparing of a monthly reporting to management and comment performance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, engaging with stakeholders’ input, making recommendations on cost savings, highlighting risks
- Preparing of requested local audit files and ensuring their correctness and completeness. Facilitating of audits and being able to answer detailed questions
- Participation in business initiatives and projects, preparation of financial analysis which are the basis for making decisions on project implementation
- Analysis of production processes for proper cost allocation in the ERP system
- Perform ad hoc analytical and controlling tasks
It will be great if you:
- have a minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting, financial analysis, controlling or auditing environment;
- have a higher education in economics, finance or a related field;
- work with MS Excel on a daily basis and use its functions fluently;
- finance knowledge in a ERP system
- natural interest in business understanding and performance management
- have a knowledge of PowerBI/SQL it will be an advantage;
- can create a relationships with all business level stakeholders;
- courage to challenge the business
- ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- can communicate in English on business level, this job is for you!
