A recruiter client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the Media, Tech, Creative, AI industry

Role Summary

As CEO, you will be responsible for overall business leadership, growth strategy, brand positioning, team building, and market expansion. You must combine commercial instinct, operational excellence, and a deep connection to culture and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

1. Define and articulate the long-term vision of Vibe Kulture.
2. Set measurable growth goals and lead market positioning.
3. Drive thought leadership in creative tech and African media innovation.

Operations & Leadership

1. Build and lead cross-functional teams (creative, dev, growth, client success).
2. Oversee operational systems, financial performance, and service delivery.
3. Implement scalable systems using automation and AI tools.

Business Development & Growth

1. Drive B2B and enterprise client acquisition across Nigeria and Africa.
2. Forge partnerships with NGOs, telcos, government, and startups.
3. Ensure exceptional service quality, delivery timelines, and retention.

Product & Innovation

1. Refine and package services (media, automation, chatbots, CRM).
2. Guide AI, content automation, and tech integrations.
3. Stay ahead of trends in creative, digital marketing, and AI.

Brand & Market Presence

1. Represent Vibe Kulture at conferences, in the media, and online.
2. Oversee content and marketing strategy in collaboration with team.
3. Position the brand as a premium, Africa-first innovation company.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Background & Experience

1. 7+ years in leadership roles (media, tech, digital, or creative sectors)
2. Proven experience building or scaling a high-growth startup or agency
3. Familiarity with marketing tech, automation platforms, and AI content tools
4. Experience managing B2B and/or B2G service delivery in Nigeria or Africa

Skills & Attributes

2. Commercially savvy with strong operational discipline
3. Excellent communicator and team builder
4. Culturally attuned and passionate about African creativity and tech
