The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Strategic Alignment Executive to play a pivotal role in ensuring that its operations, programs, and resources are in harmony with its strategic objectives. This leadership position involves close collaboration with senior management to integrate and promote strategic goals, as well as fostering organizational cooperation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to the CEO, leading governance activities, and overseeing the alignment of operational and strategic goals. Special projects, market evaluation, and engagement with external partners are also key aspects of the role.
Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years’ related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a background in the CPA profession. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in decision-making, priority setting, and solution finding. The Chief of Staff will be the CEO’s right hand, acting as a liaison with senior management, and will be expected to lead special projects, manage timelines, and communicate effectively across the organization. The position requires a candidate who can represent the CEO at various events and is adept at ensuring that the company’s long-term vision is reflected in all its activities. The role is 100% remote, with the possibility of global travel for events and meetings.
