Role Summary:

Administer Board business units, controlling sales and marketing expenses as well as daily operational expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Board business units, controlling sales and marketing expenses as well as daily operational expenses.
• Control goods delivery to customer and account receivable based on their term of payment.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing team on budget preparation and financial forecast and report variance.
• Develop weekly report on AR and rebates for customer.
• Coordinate data gathering for Anti Dumping Audit.
• Support the annual audits of financial statement for the companies in the group during year end audit seasons.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
