The roles

Seeking to recruit high performing Tax Managers to deliver our tax advisory services to an exciting range of clients across a broad range of sectors including:

1. Irish public companies
2. Industrial groups (inbound and outbound)
3. The hospitability and services sector
4. Property developers
5. Infrastructure and renewable energy projects
6. High net worth clients

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high quality commercial tax advice and service to those clients
2. Deliver tax insights that help business leaders to make confident business decisions
3. Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross border expansion, financing, tax audits etc
4. Co-ordinate advice from foreign offices on cross-border matters
5. Produce reports and presentations for clients
6. Engage with Revenue on client matters
7. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
8. Manage a team of tax professionals
9. Coach and mentor more junior tax professionals
10. Contribute to market and business development activities

We ideally need you to have the following:

1. Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute
2. Big 4 experience would be desirable, but not essential
3. At least 1-2 years’ experience in a management role in a tax practice or industry
4. A broad range of experience
5. An ability to manage a high performing team
6. International/cross-border tax experience would be desirable, but not essential
