We are looking for a Creative Director (Consumer Banking) that has a strategic ability to align creative vision with business objectives and financial market realities.

Essential Functions:
Inspire and manage a diverse team of creatives, marketers and designers.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
Oversee the visual aspects of projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s vision.
Lead the creative team in developing innovative marketing campaigns, including visual and written content.
Balance innovative approaches with the conservative expectations and regulations of financial services
Craft and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the bank’s goals and resonate with target audiences
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends and competitive landscape
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure creative direction supports overall business objectives
Establish and maintain creative workflows that enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.

Comprehensive knowledge of integrated marketing across digital, print, experiential, and emerging channels.
Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and digital asset management
Experience with creative resource allocation and budget management
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling creative messaging
Proven track record of developing and mentoring creative talent
Portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns and brand initiatives

Salary Range: $95,250 -$139,700 (depending on experience and other job related factors)

This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corp orate hub 5 d ays a week. This is not a hybrid role.
