Key Responsibilities
- Innovation Strategy & Development
- Partner with global and regional marketing teams, field teams, and local franchisees to lead the innovation strategy, from ideation to market validation.
- Develop and manage innovation pipelines for key product categories, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Provide guidance on product standards, consumer testing, and quality assurance to maintain product consistency across markets.
- Communication Strategy & Media Planning
- Lead the development of a regional communication strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with local franchisees and media agencies to create and execute effective communication strategies tailored to each market.
- Drive initiatives to maximize synergy between markets, optimizing costs on base products and new innovations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and external suppliers to bring innovative products to market and address issues with existing offerings.
- Implement brand culinary beliefs and ensure alignment across teams, partnering with franchisees and suppliers on menu development.
- Partner with media houses to optimize the communication and media strategy for greater reach and impact
- Oversee the innovation process, setting up routines, timelines, and supporting tools to streamline execution
- Lead regional initiatives to support efficient launches, including the development of project plans and detailed execution strategies.
- Ensure brand messaging consistency across all touchpoints, providing tools and guidelines for local markets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Innovation, or Insights, preferably within the food, restaurant, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of consumer marketing, analytics, and insights, with experience in media planning and optimization preferred.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, franchisees, and agencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional Asian languages preferred.
- Passion for food and coffee, with a keen interest in trying new menu items and engaging in culinary experiences.
