Establish, Own, Maintain and Improve all Group Quality & SHE&S KPI´s reporting guidance, corporate standards and governance, across the organization. Ensure timely, accurate and consistently reported information to all different report’s requests (GOE, BU,ExCo, BoD, NewsLetter, QLT, SHELT, OLT, Customers, Annual Sustainability Report or any other ad-hoc.Lead the Quality and SHE&S reasonable assurance audit process as main point of contact for the accountant and support internal and external auditors with scoping and following up the site audits Ensure Trend Monitoring and Improvement: Aligns, monitors, evaluates trends, identifies improvement opportunities, and reports Quality and SHE&S Group KPIs at various levels as requested.

Your Key Responsabilities

  • Participates in the Group Quality and SHE Leadership Committee.
  • KPI Management: Establishes, owns, maintains, and improves all Group Quality & SHE&S KPIs, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various reports and aligning with corporate standards and governance.
  • Reporting: Ensures accurate and consistent reporting across different levels (GOE, BU, ExCo, BoD, etc.), showing results against key company targets and reporting assured Quality, SHE&OS data in the Annual report.
  • Incident Management: Ensures proper classification and application of Quality and SHE&S incidents and escalates high-risk cases and potential crises appropriately.
  • Benchmarking and Strategy Improvement: Continuously seeks benchmarking for KPI definitions and improvements, enhancing the dsm-Firmenich Quality and SHE&S Strategy.
  • Digital Alternatives: Seeks digital solutions for data analysis, consolidation, accuracy monitoring, and proactive action on negative trends.
  • Standards and Training: Establishes, owns, aligns, and executes all Group Standards and associated training modules.

You bring

  • Bachelor in Engineer, Chemistry, Pharmacy and/or equivalent technical fields, MBA or Post Graduation would be appreciated
  • 15 years experience is minimally required for the role on similar positions in an industry.
  • Technical experience within Quality and/or SHE in a related environment
  • A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives
