Director, Health Information

Job Summary

  • The Health Information Services Director guides and manages the overall provision of Health Information Services, policies, and sections. The areas directed are: coding; transcription; release of information; analysis; suspension; pre/scan/QC of documents; and retrieval and storage of paper medical records. Establishes policies and procedures to maintain the integrity and completeness of the medical record.
