Job Summary
The role leads the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide efforts to build leadership capability, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce. This role focuses on leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, employee resource group support, and organizational development. Reporting to Vice President of Learning & Development, the Director partners with executives, HR leaders, and department managers to align people strategies with business goals.

- Designing and Implementing Large-Scale Employee Engagement and Survey Initiatives Preferred
- Leading Performance Management Efforts and Initiatives Preferred
