The executive leader will play a pivotal role in defining AI strategy and driving the development of advanced accelerator hardware. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire AI technology stack, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that our hardware solutions meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy and Vision Develop and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals Lead the exploration of new technologies, trends, and advancements to maintain a competitive edge Strategic Leadership Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across all business units Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective integration Technology Execution Oversee the design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI models and solutions Establish and manage the necessary data infrastructure and platforms to support initiatives Qualifications Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant ML experience 5+ years of engineering leadership experience Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, compilers, and other relevant AI algorithms.
