Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to a team of National Accounts professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets by expanding existing relationships and securing new national account partnerships.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with key departments including Risk, Sales Operations, Finance, and Client Services.
- Establish and maintain a structured communication cadence with all major accounts to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Demonstrate agility and urgency in addressing client needs and resolving escalations.
- Approve and oversee standard operating procedures for the effective management of national accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to support long-term growth.
- Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Proactively flag potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect business interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I), within the automotive warranty or insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
