Transformative Leadership Opportunity

IntraCare is embarking on a pivotal journey, launching a unified senior engagement brand designed to revolutionize Value-Based Care (VBC), broker and payor relationships, and provider integration. We seek a seasoned healthcare leader at the Senior Director or Vice President level to strategically oversee and drive broker/payor relationships, staff and provider training, data management, and back-office operations.

This is a high-impact, executive-level opportunity that positions you at the intersection of healthcare innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth, directly influencing IntraCare’s success and your own professional legacy.

Your Strategic Ownership

  • Provide executive-level leadership and accountability for broker and payor relationships, ensuring alignment and maximum strategic benefit for IntraCare.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for broker placement, training, and performance management, driving aligned Medicare Advantage enrollments and optimizing patient outcomes.
  • Lead provider and staff training programs, overseeing curriculum development, execution, and performance tracking to support operational excellence and alignment with the new senior engagement brand.
  • Drive the effectiveness of back-office teams, including data analytics, compliance, enrollment, and reporting—ensuring seamless support and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain a strong local presence in Phoenix, fostering direct relationships with brokers, payors, clinical leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, responsive execution and rapid operational improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture critical relationships with senior leadership at partner brokers and payors, negotiating strategic agreements and ensuring collaborative alignment.
  • Direct and manage PRM (Patient Relations Manager) selection, onboarding, and performance, ensuring high-quality patient interactions, and measurable enrollment outcomes.
  • Oversee comprehensive training initiatives for clinical providers, office managers (POMs), and back-office staff, ensuring clear understanding and engagement with Value-Based Care principles, workflows, and patient outreach methods.
  • Lead data teams to ensure accurate, timely, actionable analytics that support operational decisions, patient engagement strategies, and financial performance goals.
  • Hold accountability for regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal control systems across broker, payor, and operational functions.

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in healthcare operations, broker and payor relations, training and development, and/or value-based care strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, VBC frameworks (RAF, HEDIS, Stars, MER), and proven ability to drive enrollment outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing complex payor and broker relationships with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, strategic vision, and operational execution skills with a demonstrated track record of cross-functional team management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage at all organizational levels, from frontline teams to senior executives.
