WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, develop, and modify robust data infrastructure to accelerate data analysis and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to address and solve complex data challenges.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and security by implementing and upholding digital security protocols.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning to optimize business performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the integration of modern technologies into existing data standards and structures.
• Create and manage data management plans to maintain accurate and comprehensive business intelligence systems.

HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Manager or Lead Data Engineer, with at least 6 years in data engineering roles.
• Extensive experience with Python or Java for data processing and analytics.
• Proficiency in schema design, dimensional data modeling, and database management technologies.
• Familiarity with GCP DevOps and a willingness to learn and expand expertise in GCP services.
• Strong understanding of data migration, data mapping, data validation, and reporting practices.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
