Work is performed in a hybrid, general office environment. Less than 5% travel required. Job Responsibilities Provide leadership to Chief Estimator and Senior Estimators while closely monitoring the estimating process to ensure timelines are met and backlog is limited Review the estimating process to find and ensure a streamlined and consistent approach Evaluate priority of requested estimates with Sales Manager to meet customer demands Work closely with VP of Operations and VP of Sales to establish margin for each project using established pricing matrix Coordinate with Production and Service Departments to ensure appropriate handoffs are completed for awarded jobs Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent years of experience 10+ year commercial roofing experience 5+ years in a leadership role managing a team Working knowledge and experience in the Edge estimating software preferred (Edge V12) Basic understanding of FL building codes US Citizenship #J-18808-Ljbffr
