Director of Finance – CFO (Tridium)

As a Director of Finance – CFO here at Honeywell’s Tridium business unit, you will hold a senior leadership position accountable for guiding and overseeing the global finance function. Your role will encompass providing strategic financial guidance and driving financial performance to facilitate the growth and success of Tridium. Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, you will align financial goals with the overall business objectives. Your expertise in financial thoughtfulness and planning will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

You will report directly to VP CFO of Products in Building Automation as a business partner to the VPGM of Tridium. You’ll work out of our Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA locations.

In this role, you will impact the success of Tridium by:

  • Guiding and overseeing the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting and month end close/reporting
  • Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to accelerate organic growth with accretive margins
  • Analyzing financial data and market trends to identify business opportunities and risks
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Managing and developing a high-performing finance team

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and oversee the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
