The Director of Hub Infusion Operations will have oversight of all Hub Infusion operations including Nursing, Pharmacy and support staff. This role requires a balance of transferrable clinical pharmacy knowledge along with demonstrated results in developing and leading strategic growth initiatives with successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proactively adjusting operating models to manage ever changing revenue and cost profiles to ensure achievement of sustainable margins.

Responsibilities

The Director of Hub Infusion Operations will also be responsible for:

  • Financial reporting and responsibility for approximately $70m in revenue, including P&L management and financial forecasting.
  • Financial and operational modeling for new services lines and potential expansion
  • Proactive analysis of infusion revenues and costs
  • Assisting with development and management of payor contracts
  • Business development
  • Administration of GPO and other Pharmaceutical contracts
  • Coordination with downtown infusion center and practice leadership
  • In partnership with Mercy’s Pharmacy leadership, ensuring pharmacy licensure and support for all activities related to accreditation and certifications associated with Mercy specialty pharmacy locations.
  • Hub Infusion staff oversight and management

The role will be supported by Mercy’s Physician Enterprise finance team and report directly to the VP of Finance for Physician Enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • Infusion experience required
  • Clinical operations leadership experience required
