Director of KOL/Influencer Partnerships

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of KOL Partnerships to lead our influencer ecosystem. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping the KOL partnership roadmap, scaling influencer programs globally, and overseeing a high-performing team across Specialist and Manager levels. You will work directly with executives and cross-functional leaders to ensure KOL strategies align with business growth targets and brand positioning.

You must be resource-oriented, strategy-driven, and execution-strong — capable of identifying top creators, negotiating win-win deals, and building a long-term influencer collaboration system for the brand.

This is a leadership position for someone who can build and lead a team, manage budgets, and produce measurable results through influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the overall influencer partnership strategy in the U.S. and other key markets
  • Use your existing KOL network to immediately initiate brand collaborations
  • Identify and recruit high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Manage all influencer negotiations, onboarding, and campaign execution
  • Develop long-term ambassador programs and performance-based partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align on campaign goals
  • Monitor campaign results and optimize influencer mix and collaboration models
  • Build and lead a high-performing KOL team
  • Own influencer budget planning and ROI accountability

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships

– Proven track record of bringing existing influencer resources / networks into a brand

– Deep understanding of U.S. influencer landscape, especially TikTok & Instagram

– Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

– Fluent in English, other language is a plus

– Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer goods preferred

– Ability to work independently and take full ownership of influencer success metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $60,000/year (up to $500,000)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, On call, Overtime
