Director of Market Access and HEOR (full-time, home-based)MTRC, a leading boutique Med Tech market access consultancy in Europe, is looking for a Director of Market Access and HEOR.The position is home-based (Europe only), reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the company.Compensation includes a package of fixed salary, quarterly and annual bonus.Responsibilities include:Technical guidance to the Reimbursement and Evidence Synthesis Groups at MTRC (both groups have Directors)Direct management of the Health Economics GroupContribution to business development (participation in calls with clients, approval of commercial proposals)Creation and supervision of content for marketingLeading exploration and research in the new prospective areas for the companyRepresenting MTRC at the meetings with external stakeholders (individual clients, conferences, meetings of the industry associations)Requirements:Med Tech, Pharma or life science consulting industry experience in the field of market access, reimbursement, health economics for more than 7 yearsHands-on practical experience with health economics modeling and literature reviews / value dossiersIn-depth understanding of market access for medical devices in Europe will be a benefitPeer-reviewed publications will be a benefitMedical background will be a benefitKnowledge of European languages (other than English) will be a benefitCandidates should send their CVs, including the list of publications, to ******.
