Director of Product, Virtual Programs

Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff-to-client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment.

We are working to grow our Virtual program and are seeking a Director of Product to lead the way.

As the Director of Product, Virtual Program at Monte Nido & Affiliates, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Virtual Program. The Director will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and oversight of our virtual treatment programs, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care in a virtual setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of virtual mental health care and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals recovering from eating disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for our virtual telemedicine platform, aligned with organizational goals and market trends in digital health.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and user research to identify unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely admissions, outreach, marketing, and clinical teams to prioritize initiatives, resolve dependencies, and drive alignment towards shared objectives.
  • UX/UI Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conduct usability testing, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to measure product performance, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations, privacy standards, and compliance requirements related to telemedicine and ensure adherence in product development and operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, milestones, and insights effectively to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
  • Training and Support: Provide training, documentation, and support resources to internal teams and clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the telemedicine platform.
  • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction for the virtual program team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Healthcare related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health, with a focus on virtual care and telehealth preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and their application in mental health care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong understanding of telemedicine technology, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful product initiatives from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and user experience evaluation.
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery, with a commitment to patient-centric care and continuous innovation.
