Director of Rooms

Your day to day

  • Oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize room revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery across all rooms-related departments.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and drive revenue generation.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance service offerings.

What we need from you

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Rooms Division management.
  • Proven track record of planning and managing projects across multiple departments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving operational targets.
  • Fluent in English and Thai languages, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
