Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end supply chain transformation efforts, including business process re-engineering and system implementation, with a focus on SAP HANA.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and define future state processes.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation roadmap for the SAP HANA project and other strategic initiatives, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead the business analysis, design, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions for supply chain management.
• Ensure alignment of business processes and system requirements by collaborating with IT, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and distribution teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional S4/HANA supply chain workstream(s), providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution and achievement of objectives.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure effective adoption and implementation of new processes and systems.
• Establish metrics, KPIs, and targets to measure the success and impact of supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain processes and systems, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and project teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and process excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization, promoting operational excellence and efficiency.

Qualifications

Key Competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities every person must possess to be successful)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, and leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading supply chain transformation initiatives, including process re-engineering and system implementations, preferably with SAP HANA.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain operations, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management skills in complex organizations, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, etc.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain IT systems
• Experience in implementing S4/HANA in the supply chain domain strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
