Director, Product Operations
Establish best practices that will drive product execution. Create dynamic roadmaps for product operations. Own and operate mechanisms and process for the product organization.
- Establish Best Practices: Develop and implement product management best practices in the areas of requirements gathering, roadmapping, product telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage clear product roadmaps that align with company objectives and strategic goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Lead product telemetry efforts to capture key metrics, driving data analysis and insights for better decision-making and prioritization.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Build frameworks to capture, analyze, and integrate customer feedback into product development, ensuring that the voice of the customer is central to product decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve product operations processes across the product lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and alignment between teams.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Aha! to manage product roadmaps, track product metrics, and support product planning processes.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with product managers, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations or a related role, ideally within AI-driven or healthcare industries.
- Hands-on experience with Aha! and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar product tools.
- Proven ability to establish and optimize product management processes.
- Strong understanding of product telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in AI and/or healthcare is a plus but not required.
