The Director, Project Management Office (Executive Reporting and Executive Support) is a leadership role, responsible for managing the strategic planning, execution, and governance of projects within the business to establish executive reporting processes for our IT portfolio and keep executive relationship with business and Japan including NTT holdings and NTTD Group. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The role will drive high-quality reporting and RAID management, centralizing coordination for timely delivery to key stakeholders. Additionally, the role will support an Executive Leader by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing strategic programs, and ensuring communication of business objectives across the leadership team. This includes taking over some Executive responsibilities and handling other day-to-day items.

What you’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement executive reporting frameworks for Transformation programs. Consolidate reports, analyze data, and present findings to senior stakeholders. Champion data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously improve PMO executive reporting processes and tools. Provide training and support to project teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment and provide guidance.
- Support the Executive Leader during business reviews. Coordinate financial projects and provide operational insights.
- Lead strategic initiatives and generate regular reports. Attend meetings on behalf of the Executive Leader and take notes.
- Attend client and vendor meetings to capture and follow up on key actions. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
- Experience with Portfolio/Program/Project management tools desirable.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in IT project management, focusing on executive reporting.
- Proven track record in managing complex IT portfolios and transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in developing standardized executive reporting frameworks and continuous improvement of PMO processes.
- Proficiency in PMO tools for project management, executive reporting, and data visualization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in training and supporting project teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Significant experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
