Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations Systems & Support to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence across HireRight. This leade r will take ownership of mult iple processes and systems that empower GTM teams and will be responsible for rethinking and optimizing the end-to-end lead – to – cash process, champ ioning seamless integration and synergy of tools and processes to enable the full p otential of GTM teams .
Responsibilities
- Owns the strategic vision and ex ecution of process solutions that support the entire revenue lifecycle across marketing, sales, client onboarding and customer success .
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for revenue technology platforms to accelerate revenue growth , streamlin e processes, and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, enabling team members to thrive and innovate while delivering value to the business.
- Ensure the team’s effor ts are focusing on driving strategic business outcomes, empowering GTM teams with the tools and insights needed for success.
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of multiple revenue enablement technologies , ensuring they are cost-effective and deliver measurable business impact.
- Rethink and optimize the entire lead-to-cash process by driving automation across key workflows related to lead, territory, opportunity , quoting, contracting, client onboarding , and client support processes.
- Implement best practices and tools to automate manual tasks, reduce in efficiencies, and enable scalable growth within the sales and customer lifecycle processes .
- Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement , working closely with revenue teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
- Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy and quality across systems, driving improvements in reporting, analytics, and forecasting .
- Partner with leadership across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to understand business requirements and ensure that technology solutions align to revenue generation goals.
- Collaborate with internal end users to ensure automation tools align with customer experience objectives , sales processes, and marketing strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights through performance reporting of revenue technologies, highlighting measurable outcomes such as increased system adoption , efficiency improvements, and cost savings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Information Tech nology , or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment with a focus on technology management, revenue operations, or enablement with a focus on managing complex revenu e technology stacks>
- Proven success in owning the total cost of ownership for multiple revenue technologies, including selection , implementation, integrations , and ongoing optimization .
- Strong understanding of business processes and deep knowledge of automation tools and technologies across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Exceptional strategic acumen and technical expertise with a proven ability to align technology solutions to business goals .
- Deep experience with CRM systems, CPQ platforms, CLM tools, marketing automation and engagement platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives , manage multiple priorities, and deliver resolutions on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills , with the ability to leverage data to drive decision- making and process optimization .
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization .
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to drive cohesive strategies for revenue growth and operational success.
