Job Summary
- He should not be more than 50 years of age. He should preferably be a PhD
and with min. 10 years experience in a responsible position in a small or
medium sized Co.
- We can pick him up from a competitor with knowledge of the market.
- He should have previous experience of business development. He should be
able to talk & negotiate directly with potential customers, and with other
manufacturers who may be our outsourcing partners, etc.
- He must be able to get along with colleagues and subordinates.
- He must be able to communicate well and regularly and make himself easily
understood.
- He must be willing to travel and meet suppliers and customers regularly.
- He must have ability and experience in identifying new opportunities which
make a good fit with the Companys existing capabilities and experience. Partner with customers throughout the development stage.
- He would spearhead our Sales and Marketing team to increase sales of
existing products and promote new products.
- Bring efficiency in the Co. From Purchase to Production to Marketing by
having regular progress meetings, setting and monitoring measurable specific
KRAs for Managers.
- Attending Conferences and Exhibitions inside and outside India.
- Close interaction with top management for innovative business strategies.
